Our team at Blue Dragon Academy is comprised of educated, trained, and deeply dedicated staff. Many of our educators bring multiple years of invaluable experience to our classrooms, while others are actively committed to expanding their education and knowledge in early childhood development. This blend ensures a dynamic and highly skilled team ready to support your child's growth.
Committed to continuous growth and excellence
Our staff are actively enrolled in the Quality Care South Dakota Pathways program, diligently working to fulfill various levels of training. This commitment ensures we continually enhance the quality of our program. Additionally, our management team either holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Early Childhood from Southeast Technical College or boasts over 18 years of experience working with children, bringing a wealth of expertise to Blue Dragon Academy.
