For our enrolled families, easily request a free day for your child's absence due to vacation or illness. We are here to support your family's needs.
Free Day Request Form
This form is exclusively for parents currently enrolled with Blue Dragon Academy. It allows you to request a free day from your tuition for when your child is away on vacation or when they are ill. Please remember, if your child is out due to illness that the form is filled out within the same week of sickness.
Free days may not be used as part of paid holiday, day we are closed, or part of two-week notice. Free days need to be submitted two weeks in advance of days you are wishing to use free days for.
We understand that life happens, and this form is designed to make the process as straightforward as possible for our valued families.
What to expect after submission
Once you submit your free day request, please wait for an approval email from Blue Dragon Academy management. We will review your submission promptly and communicate the status of your request as soon as possible. Your child's well-being and your peace of mind are our top priorities.
Important free day policy details
For children enrolled full-time with Blue Dragon Academy, you are entitled to up to 10 free days in one calendar year. School-age and part-time enrolled children have 5 free days in a calendar year.
